Events

CISOR arranges several activities, that are all open to CISOR member organizations’ members. Many events are open also to our partner organizations’ members (CIOR and CIOMR). Some events are public and open to everyone.

MILCOMP

The Military Skills Competition is arranged bi-annually by CISOR and bi-annually by CIOR. The last MILCOMP by CISOR was arranged in June 2025 in Pori Brigade, Säkylä, Finland.

Courses

CISOR arranges Leadership courses for Junior Non-commissioned Officers. The next Junior Non-commissioned Officer Course (JNCO) is planned to be held in Finland in 2027.

Currently CISOR is also planning a continuation course (Senior Non-commissioned Officer leadership couse) as well as a Combat and Survival course.

Seminars and other events

CISOR arranges Seminars independently and in cooperation with partner organizations. The previous seminar was the CISOR Drone Seminar at the Joint Summer Congress that was open also for CIOR and CIOMR members.
