Junior NCO Leadership Course

About the Course

The CISOR Junior NCO Leadership Course brings together Reserve Non-commissioned Officers from member and partner nations for an international learning experience focused on leadership, teamwork and professional development.

Through practical activities, shared experiences and international cooperation, participants have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills and build professional connections across national borders.

Focus for the course is in fortifying leadership in international environments and learning by doing in accordance with national policies. We strive to learn from each others and further the participant NCO’s personal abilities to lead in an international setting.

Location: Armoured Brigade, Parola, FINLAND

Host nation: Finland

Participants: Junior Reserve NCOs (OR-3 through OR-5)
